Lovely pre lit pencil tree, but the lights started to fail, after a few days they started to flicker and eventually some of the lights failed and others started to flicker and dim. Couldn't get it replaced as it was out of stock, but customer service gave me a refund for the tree and let me keep it. I ordered new lights for it as it would have been near impossible to get another tree at that short notice.
