Excellent UV Protection
Designed with a durable 180gsm polyester canopy which is water-resistant and fast drying. Rated UPF 30+ to provide excellent protection from harmful UV rays, it also has a vent to improve airflow and help protect against updraught winds.
Crank & Tilt Function
Parasol has a smooth crank handle for easy operation – turn it clockwise to open the canopy and anticlockwise to close it. Once open, a tilt mechanism allows you to angle the canopy up to 45 degrees for adjustable shade throughout the day.
Durable Aluminium Pole
Parasol is easy to assemble with two pole parts which seamlessly lock together. While the ribs are made from powder-coated steel, the pole is made from hardwearing aluminium, making it lighter than a steel parasol and easier to move around.

Our tilting parasol requires a base to weigh it down. If you intend to use it with a table, our 11kg base is a perfect weight. If you're using it without a table, we recommend using one of our heavier bases.
Whilst it’s a little bit slack in its base the parasol looks to be good quality. The crank is very easy to use and as I bought this for my elderly father I’m really pleased…at least he won’t have to battle with a wild brolly when putting it up or down! Will just have to put some shims in the base hole to make it fit tighter.

Great product, but returned for a bigger size. Beautiful steel finish and fabric seemed built to last.
Only faults were that it doesn’t make a snug fit with the Christow square base we bought. It would be 5* if it had a drilled hole at these the base of the pole for securing into the Christow bases to provide extra wind protection and stability.
