Designed with an offset base and overhanging canopy, our 3m Banana Parasol gives you plenty of shade without obstruction. With a 3-metre diameter, it's the largest parasol in our collection, making it perfect for shading larger patio spaces, dining tables, and garden furniture sets. Plus, it comes in a range of stylish contemporary colours to instantly elevate your outdoor living space.

Excellent UV Protection
The canopy is made from hardwearing 180g/m² polyester which is water-resistant and fast drying. Rated UPF 30+ to protect against harmful UV rays, it also features an air vent to improve airflow and keep you cool while relaxing beneath it.
Locking Lever & Crank
Setting up the parasol is fast and easy. Simply release the locking lever to move the overhanging canopy into position, then press the lever again to secure it. Once locked, turn the crank handle clockwise to open the canopy or anticlockwise to close it.
Strong Steel Frame
The pole, ribs and cross-base have a hardwearing steel construction with a rust-resistant powder coating. Easy to assemble with instructions and fixings included, it’s stronger and heavier than an aluminium parasol for enhanced stability.

Banana parasol requires a set of four base weights to weigh it down. Simply place them over the 4.5mm steel cross-base of the parasol to keep it secure and prevent it toppling over. All base weights in our range are available to purchase separately and are fully compatible with our banana parasol.

Early days, but this seems to be a quality product, which is why I paid more. Garden furniture takes a battering, from family and from the elements. It needs to be very sturdy, exposed to even a slight wind, having a diameter of about 3metre. Best to retract it when not in use. The 50+ kg set of water filled weights for the base are essential

looks complicated but easy to assemble . you will need a spanner or socket wrench to tighten nuts on base. took me 30 minutes to assemble comes in 4 parts. seems very well made and easy to use.
