The box arrived damaged and the tree looked like it was too tight for the box. I only opened to look at one of the branches as not required for a few mo nths. First impression it looked cheap, not a patch on my last tree.

Great tree for the price, only downside is we feel the 'fronds' start too far away from the trunk so it is not as dense as we hoped. 1 coil of matte green tinsel on the inside fixes this. I am very picky so altogether happy with this.
