The hamper looks fantastic, infact it is, but mine has a huge bubble on the right side front facing, I explained the position to customer service, experencing a sudden death of my sibling being in hospital with her, could not stop my 75 year old husband from making up said hamper, and they want me to photograph this hamper, I dont know how to do this, can I send it back Huh ? I am bereft - get a grip Customer service !!!! Lesson learned - only buy from trusted site. Never again. and it wasnt cheap. It will be in the bin once my greiving is over - Thanks for Nothing.

The box is relatively easy to assemble but the fittings used to tighten the panels together are not very strong.. Over tightening will result in them breaking, or damage to the carcase. Once built and in use, there is another obvious problem.. The box is quite deep. You need very long arms to reach the bottom, or else you need to tip the box over to empty it. Otherwise, looks good and doesn't take up too much space. Reasonable value for the price.
