Excellent UV Protection
Available in cream or grey, the parasol’s durable 180gsm polyester canopy is water-resistant and fast drying with a UPF 30+ rating for sun protection. It also has a vent to improve airflow, keep you cool, and protect against updraught winds.
Smooth Crank Handle
Designed with a smooth crank handle for easy operation – simply turn it clockwise to open the canopy or anticlockwise to close it. For a premium look and feel, the handle is made from hardwearing steel with a rust-resistant powder coating.
Steel Pole & Ribs
Parasol pole has a 38mm diameter and comes in two parts which seamlessly lock together. Made from steel, it’s heavier than an aluminium parasol for greater strength and stability. Plus, it has a rust-resistant powder coating for long-lasting durability.
Parasol Base Required
Shop Compatible Bases
Parasol requires a base to weigh it down. Compatible with any base that has a 38mm adaptor. However, we recommend using a half parasol base, as it will allow you the place the parasol flat against a wall.

Well made although keep getting caught when you wind the parasol down as you have to do have your arm half way up the parasol but head down by your knees or it closes on top of you.

The half parasol arrived very quickly, it was well packaged and exactly as described. It is perfect for using next to a fence where a full parasol would not be practical. Its 2.7 metre size when open is ideal for providing shade over a 3 seater bench. It was very easy to assemble - the pole parts simply click together and the crank mechanism makes opening and closing the parasol very easy.
